A Multi-Stakeholder Civic Dialogue by CMRI

The Kaduna Citizens Future Dialogue (KCFD) 2026 brings citizens and key stakeholders together to discuss the realities, challenges, expectations and opportunities shaping the future of Kaduna State.
It creates space for young people, civil society organisations, entrepreneurs, women, community leaders, professionals, media, researchers and governance stakeholders to share experiences, exchange ideas and develop practical recommendations.
Four themes anchor the Dialogue.
Employment, cost of living, entrepreneurship, skills, income and access to opportunity.
Citizen expectations, public accountability, service delivery and civic participation.
Education, leadership, skills, innovation, employment and young people’s aspirations.
Community ideas, development priorities and practical recommendations from participants.
Insights from the Dialogue will be documented in a flagship report covering citizens’ socio-economic priorities, youth expectations, community concerns, governance and service-delivery perspectives, and practical recommendations, a reference for civil society, researchers, media, development organisations and the private sector.
Organisations may also support specific components through tailored partnership arrangements.
KCFD 2026 is the beginning of a recurring civic dialogue platform, where citizens can continuously speak, listen, connect, reflect and contribute to the future of their communities.
